I purchased the Uplift essential oil and it is already half empty, I roll it on and smile, the peppermint and rosemary and citrus really is uplifting.

Great for petite wrists. It does stretch some if needed but I have very small wrists so it just goes on well. So be aware if you have medium to large forearms
