What is the average processing and shipping times?

All of our products are processed and shipped same business day if ordered by 12:00 PM, Eastern Time (ET). 


Having issues with your Azenway Item(s)?

We want people to feel supported and happy when they come into contact with our brand.

We can offer you a replacement of your Azenway Item(s), if you’re facing one of these two unlikely situations:

1 – Item received is different from the one that you ordered
2 – Item is damaged

In cases like these, send some images/videos to azenwayhelp@gmail.com showing us the problem and we’ll be able to process your request. We take pride in making this process as easy as possible for you!

Note: Please, make sure to contact us and send us images/videos within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Any requests after this period will not be eligible for a replacement.

Want to return Azenway Item(s)?

In our efforts to be environmentally conscious, we like to encourage “no returns” policy on purchased products.

We believe in helping to preserve and sustain our environment and take great pride in doing our part for mother earth.

The extra materials required to re-package, the increase in carbon dioxide emissions for returning items and the additional landfill waste all have a significant and negative impact on our environment. We want to do our small part in helping to preserve our environment and keep mother earth happy.
